In the philippines in the us in india And several other countries a degree or College is not mandatory however i have To put this disclaimer out there because Being a manager at any level in a bpo is One of the hardest jobs you'll ever do Think about it when you are a manager in A bank for example a customer service Manager your primary focus is client Relations then you have a manager who Deals with finance in the bank and then You have another one who deals with Operations that's three different roles In most industries like banking Manufacturing and everywhere else here's The thing about bpo you have to be Equipped like a general manager because Regardless if you're at the supervisory Level at the middle management level or The executive management level you need To be able to function effectively as it Pertains to people management because You're usually managing a few hundred People if you're a manager at the Account management level you also need To be able to manage client services Because those clients that you are Serving you're gonna be their primary Point of contact and this can be Anywhere from one to as much as five Clients at any one point in time now This is five different organizations With five different work ethics five Different goals kpis and expectations

And you are having to manage that plus As i said earlier your hr because you Need to make sure your people are Engaged Producing effective and happy with what They're doing and that's not all because As a manager in a bpo you also need to Manage your finances if you're at a Certain level you need to make sure that Your account or your unit is doing well From a financial perspective so you have To know how to budget to do financial Planning how to do profit and loss Statements and how to track your results And develop financial action plans Sometimes you'll be able to laze with a Financial controller to do so but you Have ownership at the end of the day and Your bonuses are usually tied to those Three things most importantly people Secondly clients and third the Profitability of your unit there are Very few industries out there where all Those distinct and different roles fall Under one person's purview but in Outsourcing it is so it's a lot of hard Work but you know what it's one of those Jobs that without any qualification at All you can actually make 50 000 us Dollars per year now that's the flow Rate for an account manager or a unit Manager or a gm for what i refer to as The one star or two star bpos those are The bpos who actually make their people

Their priority so if you're working in One and you're making less it's not Because you can't get more it's because You're working with the wrong company so Going back to what i was saying earlier This is the first job that will pay for A manager anywhere from fifty thousand Dollars to as much as eighty thousand Dollars per year even in jamaica and When you get to the us and developed Nations it's a lot more and to take it a Notch up a director will pay anywhere From an average of about seventy Thousand dollars for one and two star Bpos to as much as a hundred and twenty Thousand dollars and sometimes that's Before bonus and benefits and again many Of those directors they don't have a College degree yes most of them may have High school but it's not a requirement Remember i did not graduate from high School which means i don't have a high School diploma yes i did go back to College but the point is i was able to Grow to a vice president level before i Went back to university so it's possible For all of us now the second job where You can earn at least 50 000 us dollars Without having graduated from high School or having a degree or any college Is to be a social media manager now in The interest of time i'm gonna ask you To go look up what a social media Manager does and i'll give it a high

Level explanation based on what i see That it does so you have companies out There who are trying to use social media To get their message and their primary Objective out to their clientele and They don't have the resources internally Or the skill set to do this so they will Outsource this function to what is Referred to as a social media manager Now as a social media manager you can Come up with a package that says for a Company they'll get three posts per week Two stories one video you'll manage all Their comments all their dms and let's Say for example you charge them 500 us Dollars per month for all of that work And you end up having 10 companies that You're doing this for it means that You're making 5 000 us dollars per month Which equates to 60 000 us dollars per Year in that role now why do i like this Particular role and recommend it it's Because it requires very little Qualification you just need to be Creative but guess what everything that You are probably about to do from a Social media perspective is likely Already done so guess what's happening You can just search the internet get Ideas and recreate it and put your own Spin on it so you don't need to be You know extra creative for want of a Better term you just need to be able to Generate ideas and to get them from

Places where they already exist Now the third job that you can do Without college or a degree and earn 50 000 us dollars per year or more is being A language teacher online now i have Shared in this video here websites where You can do that but what you'll need is What's called a t-e-s-o-l i'm gonna say Tessal Or a t-e-f-l or a celta or a t-e-s-l Certification type that is not very Expensive i think the last time i looked At it it was about 34 And this is a one-time cost and by Getting that certification you are now Able to teach students globally online Now there are many platforms to do it as I shared in other videos but there are Some new ones that i've introduced to Persons that i've coached that have Worked successfully that i want to share With you so the first one is prepley why Do i like prepley because the teacher Actually gets to set their own pay rate Italki is another one where the teacher Sets their own pay rate and for starkid Which is another online platform that i Like for teaching kids english language You actually get paid 10 for every 30 Minute session which works out to 20 Dollars per hour so if you're a trained Teacher great but it's not required you Just need to be able to pass this Certification and you are able to make

On average based on any one of these Platforms i just shared 25 per hour 25 Per hour works out to about 52 000 us Dollars per year now the fourth option To making 50 000 us dollars per year Without any degree or high school is to Become a real estate agent now you will Need to be certified to become a real Estate agent but it's definitely not a Difficult exam for you to pass in my Opinion the skill set takes priority if You are great at sales if you're good at Negotiating if you take the time out to Understand the market the conditions the Economy and people's wants and needs You'll be able to master this the Commissions for real estate i believe This is regardless of where you live Across the globe is anywhere from two And a half percent to three percent of The sale price for the property now if You live in a jamaica for example where The housing market is booming you can Make a killing off of real estate let me Give you a practical example let's say a Townhouse on average sells for about Three hundred thousand us dollars or a House and you're able to sell one per Month and i know it may sound aggressive But believe me if you master the trade It's not improbable one town house per Month or one house per month valued at 300 000 Will pay you 90 000 u.s dollars for the

Year so let's taper it down a notch Because you know you don't have to be That aggressive because we're only Talking about 50 000 per year here so Let's say you do actually sell a house a Town house or an apartment or even a Commercial building or space on a Monthly basis the value only needs to be 200 000 usd or the equivalent for you to Make 60 000 us dollars per year and i Personally know real estate agents who Are moving two to three properties per Month but they're superstars now the Fifth job that will definitely pay you At least fifty thousand us dollars per Year as long as you're good at it and You do it independently and of course This is without a degree or any college Is to be a custom broker now like the Others you'll need to pass an exam but It's not a difficult exam you just need To make sure you're prepared for the Exam to be successful now the key to Success with custom broken is to have Your own brokerage or to operate Independently from an organization or Working for anyone for that matter what You can do if you want to get ahead as a New custom broker and listen guys i Thought about this profession back in The day because i loved that it was on The road it was interactive and i also Knew at least two persons who were Millionaires who were actual custom

Brokers so if you're starting out new as A custom broker what you need to do is To undercut the market if everybody else Is charging and i'm gonna make up Numbers here a thousand us dollars to Clear a container you charge 500 to Clear a container and you build up your Name and you go with what we like to Refer to as the model where you Charge less but you get more volume so You're able to optimize volume and make A similar or even greater profit than The person who is charging more in a Very short time it's going to be very Easy for you to make 50 000 us dollars Per year by just clearing containers for Companies goods for individuals or you Can even do a spin-off company as a Custom broker and start a freight Forwarding business now the sixth job That you can do to earn fifty thousand Dollars with no degree or college is to Be a car salesman or woman of course now Depending on the dealership they pay Different rates you can either be Commission only which you'll make more In commission or you can opt to have a Base salary and get paid commission now It will require a lot of confidence and Ingenuity from you to opt to work in a Job that's based on commission for 100 Of your income especially when you don't Have another source of income but you Know what dealers like to hire people

Who are that confident because it means That their earnings is directly Contributed to their effort and as such They earn more commissions for a car Sales representative that commission Will range anywhere from 20 To 30 percent of the profit that the Dealer makes on the vehicle so it's not Very difficult to sell a few vehicles or Probably even one or two vehicles per Month depending on if you are with a Luxury line dealership or a premium line Dealership and easily make 50 000 us Dollars per year one of the benefits of Being a car salesman or woman is that You usually get one of the vehicles to Drive it's advertisement but it's also One of those perks that will save you Some money Now the seventh job that you can do to Make 50 000 us dollars or more per year Without a degree or any college or any High school for that matter is somewhat Controversial it's a politician [Music] And huh Before you go odetta um they're corrupt They're this they're not all that way Guys the ones that i know personally i Don't think they're so inclined i really Think they are or were for the people And they had good intentions but i do Understand your concerns because there Is so much corruption out there it's

Hard to not think that they're all Corrupt but never generalize in that way Because in every single profession Whether it's police officers lawyers Doctors politicians there are good People and they're bad people even in Your profession as well it's just that Politicians secrets become public Because they're usually using taxpayers Money to do wrong so we know about it More than in other professions but bad People exist everywhere you have a Choice you can do what's right and you Can do what's best for your country and Become a politician now my grandfather's Dream for me was to become a member of Parliament and i harbored the thought Briefly but then when i got to a certain Age and realized that the pay wasn't What i wanted good but far from great i Aborted that mission immediately and i Still contribute in big ways and do Things for different communities but Definitely not going down that path Anytime soon that said if you have the Guts Between the base salary and all the Benefits which are extensive you can Actually earn fifty thousand dollars as A politician of course it depends on the Level but it's not difficult to earn us Fifty thousand dollars per year serving Your country in the capacity of a Politician at a certain level there are

Some perks too that will go with that Role that are somewhat tangible for Example you may get a diplomatic visa Depending on your role so it's easier to Travel you may also get different Privileges if you are doing something Because of who you are which is Unfortunate because that really is wrong But it's there it's the reality and if You're looking for ways to make money With no qualification this is ideal to Do so and you know some of those Politicians who you wonder how in the World did they land this job now you Know why it requires no qualification Now being a commercial pilot is the Eighth job that you can have that will Pay at least fifty thousand us dollars Per year with no college or no high School diploma you can basically get Your pilot license and get the hours in And you can do this one way or the other You can pay to get your pilot license And become a commercial pilot or what I've seen many people do is join the Military whether it's in the us the u.s Air force or whichever country you live In the military the air force division And then you end up getting trained as a Pilot and then you get your license to Be a commercial pilot afterwards which Is an easier transition based on my Understanding now a commercial pilot Depending on where you live but in most

Parts of the world will pay a minimum of 50 000 us dollars per year and it will Pay as much as 200 000 us dollars per Year the median pay is about 82 000 us Dollars per year plus plenty of perks Because now your family can travel the World for free now the ninth job that You can do and make fifty thousand Dollars with no qualification is to be a Property manager now if you work for a Company as a property manager you may Not get much pay in certain countries Across the globe but in others it pays Very well however if you work Independently and similar to how the Social media manager manage multiple Companies social media platforms you can Manage properties from multiple Organizations under your one umbrella You are able to leverage that model and Capitalize on it to make at least fifty Thousand us dollars per year in this Role you might need to oversee the Property Make sure that it's maintained do Spontaneous checks you may have people Reporting to you or overseeing resources Like the groundsmen or anybody else who Have a service contract for that Property and in my opinion it's not a Difficult job it's one that you can Actually do from home going out Occasionally to do inspection and so on The median salary for this particular

Say never take advice from someone who Is not where you want to be or someone Who is not doing what you want to do This is a prime example i am sorry but If you don't look healthy i'm not coming To you for you to teach me how to get Fit and healthy doesn't mean thin Because i've seen thin people out there Who are trainers who don't look the way I want to look so i'm not gonna go train With them because that's not what i'm Trying to achieve for myself you need to Look the part for me and you need to Look either similar to or you know on The scale i would say of what i want to Look like when i get to the level that I'm trying to get to my last membership At the gym i chose the cheap membership Which was a group membership because Remember monifis spend in norfolk Dashway so if i can get to work out at a Lower cost i'm not going to pay more i'm Not going to go there oh i need a Personal trainer and oh i need to be Paid no i'm going to pay the least money I can pay to get what i want in every Single situation as long as it's quality And the gym that i was going to it's a Really good gym so even at the lowest Rate i was getting exceptional results However in the past when i went to a Different gym that used a different Business model and i had to hire a Trainer to get one-on-one training plus

Pay the gym fee i was paying as much as 300 per month this is u.s or the Equivalent now as a fitness trainer or Instructor whatever you want to call Yourself in order for you to make 50 000 U.s dollars per year at a rate of 300 Per month per client you will only need To have 14 clients to make that money That's not so hard at all especially When training is now happening on zoom In person or you can actually go to the Client's home and the good thing about That arrangement is that when you go to Their home you obviously don't have to Pay for space you take your equipment And that's it if you are training them Somewhere you can actually use a public Space that is free like in a community Like their park or something like that Or you can pay little or nothing to get Access to a space or if you want to be More formal you can actually open your Own fitness center however you choose to Go about this it's not a bad profession To make about 50 000 us dollars per year With no qualification now that's it my Youtube family i do hope that you heard Something in this video that you can use To your advantage or you can share with Someone and it will benefit them and if That's the case i would have achieved my Objective If even one of you found value in the Content if you did
